Gochujang Marinade (.5 lb of protein per serving)

Ingredients

3TbGochujang
4tspSoy Sauce
2tspPaprika
0.25largeOnion
3cloveGarlic
1.5TbSesame Oil
2.5TbHoney
3TbRice Vinegar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. (if combining by hand, grate onion on a grater and microplane garlic)

To use: salt your protein and allow to sit for 10 minutes

Add HALF of your marinade and let sit for 20-30 minutes in the fridge

Cook your protein using your preferred method and allow to rest before brushing with reserved marinade
